A room for decisions.
Not theatre

Once a year, the decision-makers across climate, capital and frontier markets meet in one room. A single day of closed-door conversations and open-floor dealflow. By invitation and application only.

§ 01 - Positioning

The conversation that would not happen anywhere else.

You came here to move something. Think of the investor whose thesis matches your raise. The company solving the problem you have spent a year trying to source. The buyer who could commit if the supply were real. The peer working the same edge from the opposite direction. They are the people this room is built for, and the reason it is built the way it is.

For investors

Deploy into fit, not crowd.

Founders are filtered against your cluster and stage before the doors open. Source from a curated floor of active raises. At Edition I the demand side went on the record with what it would buy and de-risk, and a term sheet agreed on the day.

For allocators

The market, before it is priced.

Family offices, LPs and institutional capital deciding where to commit. You sit with the corporates who would have to buy and the operators who would have to build, which is where a thesis holds or does not.

For founders

Capital that matches your stage.

Raising is a credibility game as much as a numbers game. We put you in front of investors who are actively writing cheques, in a room small enough that the right conversation actually happens.

For ecosystem

The decisions behind what scales.

The companies you will want to partner with, acquire, or learn from in three years are in this room today. Corporates, insurers, procurement leads and policy makers, with direct access to founder and investor flow and none of the noise of a large event.

§ 02 - What leaves the room

What leaves the room.

Our unit of value is the commitment. Every closed-door session is built to surface two or three real ones, and they carry weight because of who makes them: only people with the authority to act are in the room. The rest of the field convenes, discusses and disperses.

i.

A decision

Something moves. A structure tested, a barrier named, a position taken.

ii.

A next action

Someone owns it. Each room closes with named next moves, not open questions.

iii.

A record

The useful conclusions survive the conversation, anonymised and published.

iv.

A continuation

The work does not disappear when the room closes. What was agreed carries into the next edition.

Edition I produced 23 recorded commitments, from mapping capital stacks for nature-positive investment to identifying the regulatory barriers holding philanthropic capital back, and one investment closed on the day.

§ 03 - Operating principles

Four things this room is built around.

i.

Invite-led, approval-based

We invite. We review. We accept individuals whose work fits one of five thematic clusters, carried forward from Edition I. Applying does not guarantee access; every seat is reviewed for fit.

ii.

The Capital Floor

Open, curated, in motion. Up to twenty investor booths anchor the floor by cluster. The rest of the investor room circulates. We match founders to capital, not the other way around. Every badge carries enough context to make the first conversation worth having.

iii.

The Backroom Agenda

Closed-door conversations. Capped at twenty. Chatham House, anonymised in the published reports that follow. Each session built around a real constraint: capital formation, procurement, infrastructure, what stands in the way of scale. 300% oversubscribed at Edition I.

iv.

200 to 400. Deliberately.

Density and signal trade off. We sit between 200 and 400 each year. We will never optimise for volume. Intimacy is the point.

The room, in their words.

Markets get shaped before the capital moves.
If you are not in the room, they get shaped
without you.
