A room for decisions.
Not
Once a year, the decision-makers across capital, innovation and markets in one room. Not a conference. Not a panel. A single day of closed-door conversations and open-floor dealflow. By invitation and application only.
Innovation is no longer the constraint.
Coordination is.
The conversation that wouldn't happen anywhere else.
You came here to move something. To meet capital, qualify a deal, find a partner, or close a conversation that has been open too long. We built this room for that.
Think of the meeting you have been chasing for six months. The investor whose thesis matches yours, but you have never been in the same city. The procurement lead who needs exactly what you are building. The peer solving the same problem from the opposite direction. They are the people this room is built for.
Edition I delivered that. A deal closed the day we met. Multiple second meetings confirmed inside thirty days. When the room is right, you stop networking and start working.
Deploy into founders who fit your thesis. Remove the pipeline bottleneck.
Get in front of the capital that matches your stage and cluster. Not a pitch. A room.
Find the technology that removes your supply chain or innovation bottleneck before your competitors do.
Build the relationships that make your network compound. Scale your reach inside a room that moves.
Six things this room is built around.
Invite-led, approval-based
We invite. We review. We accept individuals who fit. 1 in 2 founder applications were declined for Edition I. Applications confirm fit, not access.
Capital-floor led.
We shape the room around active thesis, stage, and cheque size. We match founders to capital, not the other way around.
Visible intent
Every badge carries enough context to make the first conversation worth having. You know who is in the room before you speak to them.
200 to 400. Deliberately.
Density and signal trade off. Edition I held 160+. We sit between 200 and 400 each year. We will never optimise for volume.
Open floor, closed rooms
An open floor where you move. Closed rooms where you solve.
No stage. No theatre.
Performance dynamics collapse value. The room runs on direct conversation between people who can move things.
Edition I · Papiersaal
160+ attendees · 2:1 founders to investors · 5 clusters · $100B+ AUM
The room, in their words.
Heard enough? Apply by role.
Who was in the room. Edition I.
Edition I attendees. A selection across all roles.
Open
The room compounds, year on year.
Edition II runs 16 March 2027. Location TBD. Capped at 200 to 400. Roundtable seats: 20 per session, 10+ sessions.
How the room works.
Two layers. One day. A capital floor where intent is visible. Closed rooms where the constraints behind scale get worked. Together, we replace the stage with something useful.
Two layers, one day.
The Capital Floor
The main engine. Investor booths anchor the floor. Each carries thesis, stage focus, and cheque size, visible from the moment you arrive. Founders know exactly who is in the room and what they are looking for before they speak to anyone.
Most events make founders perform into the unknown. Here the investors are the ones who are legible. The room is organised by thematic cluster. You move through by relevance, not by who paid for a sponsor slot.
Sessions pull specific clusters off the floor for sixty minutes at a time. They return in waves. The room stays dense. Conversations keep moving.
Closed-door rooms
A parallel layer of small, closed conversations. Capped at twenty. Multi-stakeholder. Designed to surface the system-level constraints that no panel resolves.
We build each room around a real bottleneck. Capital formation. Procurement. Infrastructure. Scaling. Outcomes stay practical.
Discussions are off the record. No audience, no positioning, no one performing for the room. People can be direct in a way that a panel never allows.
This is also where relationships start. The ones that are easiest to pick up afterwards.
A short list of what this isn't.
Founders and investors meet by mutual fit, not performance.
Closed-door working rooms in place of opinions on a stage.
Approval-based, capped at 400, curated cluster by cluster.
Built to produce second calls, data-room access, real next steps.
Five clusters. One room.
Themes for each cluster confirmed once a year. Early partners who join before launch can help shape them.
Energy Transition & Decarbonisation
Grid, infrastructure, and industrial decisions. Capital moving into the systems that determine whether the transition happens at speed.
Nature & Biodiversity
Nature markets need structure before they absorb capital at scale. Credibility, legibility, and investability are the bottlenecks.
Alternative Food Systems
Ingredient platforms and novel supply chains ready to move beyond pilot and integrate into industrial food systems.
Deep Tech, AI & Built Environment
Frontier technologies and low-carbon infrastructure meeting real industrial systems. From experiment to deployment.
Circular Economy & Biotech
Circular pathways across plastics, textiles, and industrial materials with a realistic path to scale by 2030.
See your cluster? Apply by role.

This is the format. The next edition runs 16 March 2027.
You have seen the architecture and the day that ran on it. The next room is being built now. Early applications shape who sits across from whom and which roundtables open first.
Who is in the room.
And how to be in it.
Decision-makers only. C-suite, founders, and corporate leads who can move things. If you came to be curious, this is the wrong room. We place every attendee where they add value, and the rooms are limited. The earlier you apply, the better your odds of getting in the ones you want.
Invite-led. Approval-based.
We review every seat. We cap every roundtable. We build the room backwards from the conversations that need to happen, not forwards from how many tickets we can sell. No overflow. No livestream. If you are in, you are in.
Edition I oversubscribed by 300% on roundtables. 1 in 2 founder applications were declined. Edition II runs the same way. The earlier you apply, the better your position when roundtable allocations are confirmed.
Five kinds of presence.
Capital, by thesis.
You come for higher-signal dealflow. Faster thesis-fit filtering. Conversations that move directly to second calls and data-room access. Active investors in climate and frontier technology. Two ways in: take a booth and anchor at your cluster all day, or move through the room and meet founders inside the closed-door roundtables you join.
- Confirmed first by thesis, stage and deployment focus
- Badge identifies you by cluster and participant type
- Roundtable applications across your cluster
- Booth option for full-day floor presence · capped at 20
- Visible to founders inside every roundtable you join
Raising - or about to.
You are preparing capital. Scaling a team. Building global deployment options. We filter the investor side to your stage and your thesis cluster. Routing is by fit, not by pitch. When the fit is right, you leave with a second call booked, a data-room request, or a deal in motion, not a stack of business cards.
- Badge shows cluster, stage, and company
- Move the room by fit, not by pitch
- Curated routing into your thematic cluster
- Eligibility for closed-door rooms by stage
- Pricing tiered by raise; approval required
Demand-side, at the table.
You are the procurement lead who can commit, the innovation director who can pilot, the sustainability head who shapes sourcing for the next decade. In most rooms, founders pitch to you from a stage. Here you sit at the same table as the capital that funds them, and the conversation goes both ways. Nestlé, Roche, Holcim, EY, and Zurich Insurance were in the room at Edition I.
- Badge shows cluster, organisation, and role
- Direct introductions to founders in your procurement or innovation cluster
- Roundtable presence on sector constraints alongside investors
- Co-shaping of future cluster themes
- Corporate pass · by application
Shaping the room itself.
You want to do more than attend. Co-host a roundtable. Shape the programming. Support the architecture year-round. Partners shape the room before it opens.
- Co-host or sponsor a closed-door room
- Anchor visibility across campaign and day
- Year-round content integration
- First choice on themes for future editions
The infrastructure around the capital.
You make the deals work after the room closes. Accelerators, advisors, policy leaders, ecosystem builders. You get access to the same investor-founder matching infrastructure, placed inside your relevant cluster.
- Full access to the capital floor
- Roundtable eligibility by relevance to your network
- Placement inside the cluster where your work has reach
- Input on future edition themes and cluster composition
Tickets, booths, and access.
Every pass includes full access to the capital floor across the day. Roundtable applications open one month before the event. We aim to place every attendee in at least one. One pass per organisation. Pricing confirmed with your acceptance.
Confirmed first by thesis, stage, and deployment focus. You move through the room by cluster fit, circulating between conversations on the floor and the closed-door roundtables you join. Apply for any closed-door room in your thesis cluster.
- Full capital floor and networking access
- Roundtable applications across your cluster
- Visible inside roundtables you join
- From CHF 1,000 · early pricing · by application
Twenty booths. No more. The rest of the investor room circulates. Booth holders get a dedicated stand inside their thematic cluster across the full day. Founders self-select based on cluster fit and what they know about you before they walk over. Bring two from your team: one holds the booth, one moves through the roundtables.
- Branded booth on the capital floor · 20 only
- Dedicated floor presence across your thematic cluster, full day
- Extra team allocation beyond the standard pass
- From CHF 5,000 · by application
For founders and company-side operators who are raising, scaling, or deploying capital. This pass is for people building companies, not corporate teams attending on behalf of a larger organisation. If you are a sustainability, innovation, or procurement lead at an established company, the Ecosystem pass is for you. Matched to investors active in your cluster by thesis and stage.
- Seed pass · for pre-seed and seed founders
- Series A pass · for follow-on capital and strategic partners
- Series B+ pass · for scaling teams and later-stage operators
- CHF 500 to CHF 1,000 · by stage · early pricing · by application
For innovation directors, sustainability heads, procurement leads, and strategy executives at established companies. You are in the room as a demand-side participant: sourcing technology, evaluating suppliers, or positioning your company inside a cluster that is moving fast. Not for founders raising capital or investors deploying it.
- Full capital floor access and networking
- Roundtable applications in your relevant cluster
- Direct introductions to founders by procurement or innovation relevance
- From CHF 750 · early pricing · by application
Accelerators, advisors, policy leaders, ecosystem builders, and corporate teams from established organisations who are in the room as demand-side participants. Innovation leads, sustainability directors, procurement heads at companies like Nestlé, Roche, or Holcim apply here, not via the Founder pass. Not for press, service providers, or general observers.
- Capital floor and cluster roundtables
- Limited issuance per edition
- From CHF 750 · early pricing · by application
A short list of commitments.
Show up to do work, not to be seen
A place to do something specific - meet a fund, qualify a deal, test a thesis, close a partnership.
Trust the curation
Every participant is in the room because of fit. The room runs on the assumption that everyone has been considered for a reason.
Bring something into the room
Capital, companies, infrastructure, insight, or partnerships. The room compounds when participants contribute, not just consume.
Confidentiality where it matters
Closed-door rooms are closed. What is said in them stays in them.
Follow up well
The day is the start, not the end. Real outcomes happen in the thirty days that follow.
The room, seen from inside.

Things people ask before applying.
Who actually gets accepted?+
Decision-makers only. C-suite executives, founders, and corporate leads with the authority to move something. We review every application against the room we are building, not against a generic bar. 1 in 2 founder applications were declined for Edition I.
How does the application work?+
Fill out one form. We review in waves as the edition takes shape. If you fit the room, we send a confirmation and a payment link. If you do not, we tell you. We respond to every application.
How do roundtable applications work?+
One month before the event, we publish the programme. From that moment, every confirmed attendee can apply for the closed-door roundtables they want to be in. Spaces are capped at twenty per room. We aim to place every attendee in at least one roundtable, but we cannot guarantee it. Last-minute applications run against rooms that are already filling. If a roundtable is full and a space opens on the day, the attendees waiting at the door get in. If you cannot accept this, this is not the room for you.
What does my pass give me access to?+
Every ticket and invite includes full access to the capital floor and all networking areas across the day. Closed-door roundtables are by application after the programme drops. Booth holders and sponsor tiers get additional access beyond this.
What makes this different?+
Curation, ratios, and architecture. Founders weighted to investors on the capital floor. Closed-door rooms capped at twenty. Investors confirmed first by thesis, stage, and deployment focus. Founders matched to capital, not the other way around. We do not run startup pitches. No stage. No panels. No theatre.
What does the day actually look like?+
One day, three layers. Open capital floor where intent is visible. Closed-door rooms where the constraints get worked. Closing circles into reception. The full schedule confirms with your acceptance.
Can I send a colleague instead?+
We accept individuals, not seats. If your colleague fits the room, ask them to apply directly. Founding sponsor tiers can name additional team members as part of the agreement.
Apply to be considered for The Decision Room.
Edition II runs 16 March 2027. Location TBD. We review in waves as the edition takes shape. Investors confirmed first by cluster. Founders and operators curated around active theses. The earlier you are in, the more of the room you help shape, and the more of it shapes around you. We respond to every application.
Help build what comes next.
Partners shape what gets debated. Their thesis sits in the room. They walk out with relationships their cheque book could not buy directly. Six ways in, from CHF 7,500 to CHF 30,000+. Capped. Deliberate. Content-led. No logo packages.
Wyss Academy + Innpact
Anchored the room for Edition I
Seven ways to shape it.
Wyss Academy and Innpact anchored Edition I. They co-shaped the Systemic Capital roundtable, sat at the head of the table, and walked out with new relationships. The partnered roundtables were among the most oversubscribed of the day. Edition II works the same way. Conversations move first with the partners who join earliest.
What we ask. What it isn't.
Editorial input on the conversations the room has.
A roundtable that builds authority with the ecosystem your work depends on.
A closed-door room with people who can move things, on the record where it counts.
A year-round relationship. Shaping each edition, not just attending it.

Highlights from Edition I.
The hosted roundtables at Edition I were the most-attended sessions of the day.
Founding partner conversations are open now.
Annual. Edition II runs 16 March 2027. Location TBD. Three anchor slots. Five cluster slots. One closing reception slot. Anchor and Closing Reception fill first, in order of conversation. The earlier the conversation starts, the more of the programme you help shape.
How this room was built.
We do not run a conference. We run a room. Designed backwards from the conversations that need to happen, built by two people who came at it from opposite directions.
Innovation is no longer the constraint. Coordination is.
Europe is moving. Capital is repositioning. Technology is here. Demand is emerging. The question is who is in the room when the decisions get made.
The events industry is not built for this. Rooms of 500. Talking heads on stage. Founders pitching the wrong investors. Everyone leaves with business cards and one conversation they actually wanted to continue. We built the opposite.
Investors confirmed first by thesis, stage, and deployment focus. Founders matched against actual intent, not who paid for a sponsor slot. Roundtables capped at twenty, hosted by practitioners with skin in the game. The format designed so that when the room ends, the work continues.
Edition I ran on 8 May 2026 at Papiersaal, Zürich under the name Momentum Summit. A deal closed the day we met. Multiple second meetings confirmed within thirty days. Zero detractors. The two words attendees used most: intimacy and depth.
The name changed for Edition II. The Decision Room was already on the shortlist. It says what we are. Not a summit. Not a conference. A room where decisions get made.
Each half built by who knew it best.
Two founders. Different networks. One room. Edition I ran on both.
Aaron C. Leaman
Strategic communications and positioning. For over a decade I have worked inside climate and frontier ventures at the moment that matters most: when they need to raise, land a partner, or make something genuinely hard to explain impossible to ignore.
Most of that work happens behind closed doors. The pitch that gets the meeting. The narrative that moves a room. The positioning that makes capital see what is actually there. Nature and climate are where I go deepest.
My focus for The Decision Room: holding the vision, strategy, and communications that the room is built on.
Track record- ●Founder, Brighter Future Studio
- ●Over a decade in strategy, positioning, communications, and investor storytelling for climate and frontier ventures
- ●Supported raises and partnership deals across the sector
- ●Founder network and curation lead for Edition I
- ●Published filmmaker
- ●Co-founder, The Decision Room
Camille Accolas
Ecosystem builder and connector. I led the accelerator programme at Brainforest, which means I know what it takes to move a climate venture from early stage to investor-ready, and I know the capital that actually moves when the fit is right.
My network runs through Swiss institutional and impact capital, built over years at the intersection of founders, investors, and ecosystem players. The relationships Edition I ran on took years to build. That depth shows in the room.
My focus for The Decision Room: bringing the right partners, ecosystem players, and institutions into the room each year.
Track record- ●Led the accelerator programme at Brainforest Climate Accelerator
- ●Supported 20+ climate and nature ventures from idea to investor-ready, with over $1M in early-stage capital deployed through the programme
- ●Swiss impact finance, climate capital networks, and ecosystem anchors
- ●Ecosystem and institutional relationships for Edition I
- ●Co-founder, The Decision Room
